I was first introduced to meditation and yoga through the Center of Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota. I had been struggling with mental health issues and learning these mindfulness practices was invaluable in my journey to well-being. I became more centered, compassionate, inquisitive, and felt more connected to everything around me. I was also better able to manage difficult emotions and experiences.

As someone who has experienced a great sense of healing and self-exploration from yoga, it is important to me to share this practice with others. I received my 230 hour yoga teaching certification from Yoga Sanctuary in Minneapolis and am also certified in Yoga Nidra. My passion is to help my students along on their path to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I weave breathing techniques, meditation, and movement into my classes, finding a balance between exertion and rest. I enjoy teaching tantra, hatha, and restorative classes. I welcome everyBODY to my classes and make modifications for injuries. I look forward to meeting you!
