I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University and I am certified in Prepare/Enrich. I have previously graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

I work from a systemic perspective, valuing all clients within the family or couple system. I strive to work in collaboration with clients to help them in the most individualized way possible. I am committed to helping clients reach their goals in a safe and positive environment.

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. Working with clients from all different backgrounds and utilizing different theories and approaches when working with clients to maximize the strengths that each person brings to therapy.
